you dont need an SLI board for a HTPC

Unless your doing SLI which you really dont need for a HTPC.

Also are you doing any overclocking?

i recommend that one if you dont need all the extra PCI slots.

this mobo i use for my HTPC with no overclocking and it works fine

Just ordered it. I'm thinking for the price, I had to get it. Maybe put it in something else, but it was $185 originally down to $135 plus the rebate I couln't pass it up as long as Foxconn honors the rebate...

That is a good deal; the motherboard is about the same as mine that I spent $122 on.

Need to get a new power supply, I see that the mobo has a 8 pin power connector on it....Or can i just buy a 4 pin to 8 pin adapter for the psu???
