So I put up and hosted the torrent and tracker for insurgency. I was one of the first people to download it from FP, so I thought I'd be nice...I should have done so in linux because now someone is screwing with me.

What is that about?? All I did was go to the next page on OCForums and that popped up..and I'm using FF as you can see. Earlier today wikipedia acted up on me, and was running as if it was in a lowbandwith mode. You can see my thread in GD about that..What is going on?
my hijackit report is attached. I've ran spybot S&D and got nothing. AVG found a trojan earlier today..

Hmmm...
C:\WINDOWS\runservice.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\PnkBstrA.exe
C:\WINDOWS\stsystra.exe
What are those??
Check out my spyware/malware removal thread:

Hope you figure it out
that is a type of trojan/all that ***ware crap that is on the internet
that is not related to the torrents that you are hosting unless you put crap in them
(runs to comp and checks all downloads from you!)

Well PnkBstrA.exe is punkbuster. I'd disable its autostart as its not needed but when I game..but that process takes less than .5mb of memory just sitting there..
Don't know what the other two are.
The only reason I relate this to the torrent is because I had to open up the ports for a torrent/tracker. Besides that I've got all the ports blocked by my router.. This only appeared today, and I took the torrent down last night, but didn't reblock the ports till this afternoon..
This is just about pushed me to reboot into Linux for good. If only I didn't want to play insurgency. No adware/spyware/virus in Linux. Just no one wastes their time writing that stuff for linux :p

i just went to that thread and got the same thing, it's not a trojan/spyware, someone linked to an image in a password protected area on lockitupoffroad.com
I'm with HaTE on this one.
I had the same issue just over a year ago, so I contacted Thelemac about it and got things resolved. You have nothing to worry about. Your Hijackthis log is clean, Spybot came up with nothing... You say that AVG caught a trojan earlier, so you might want to give --a-squared (http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/)-- a try, but other than that I get the feeling that you have a good head on your shoulders and so there really wouldn't be anything I'd worry about. Of course it is safer though to thoroughly check your system for infection, and if you feel the need to, there are plenty of threads and sticky guides in this forum that can help you out with that.
In the future, if you are ever worried about a Hijackthis log, take it over --Here (http://www.hijackthis.de/#anl)-- to get it analyzed and that should give you a better idea of what you are dealing with.
