Has anyone tried these Silencer 80mm fans yet?

They are rated at 28 CFM at 20 dBA and only cost $8.46 !

I have tried a similar Papst fan from Plycon:

Rated at 26.5 CFM at 19 dBA
I've been extremely hapopy with the Papst fans but I can't afford to deck out all my cases with them.

I have a Lian Li PC-60 USB and I always tend to run the 3 speed front fans at medium to keep the noise down. I think I want to replace them with some quieter fans and run them at full speed.

The Silencer 80mm fan from PC Power&Cooling is inside their Silencer 275 PS. It is indeed very quiet. Sure doesn't move very much air, though!

in the PS it's either temp controlled, or running at 5v, i have one of those PSU's, but i guarantee you that fan isn't at full speed

For $8.46 for a fan, I really don't think you could go wrong in any case. If they are not exactly what you want, just use them for venting a hotspot or some such.

Of course that's just my opinion, and I could be wrong.:D
