Never had any problems at all with my card artifacting.

Today I restart my computer and boom, artifacts from the get go. Bios, windows loading, desktop, everywhere.
I tried restarting again and again, removing Gcard and cleaning the fan area. Replacing, putting cables in and out.
Still artifacts.
I even waited 5 minutes and opened my case to keep it from getting warm.
No dice :(
Finally I tried re-installing my drivers. Didn't work.

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!

Looks like its shot. If you can try the card in another computer (maybe a friends' then you would know for sure.

Thats some creepy stuff if its the ram...Did you run memtest for any errors to see if the ram is in OK shape?

3 days later....I restart again, it happends again.
I did everything I could possibly think of, except remove the CPU. Nothing works. This is very weird.

OK WTF!!!! I decided to do the one thing I had not done....Back in the day when I went caseless, I would accidently nitch my video card and I would lose video, i fixed it by wiggling in while in the agp slot and video came on.

Well what i did is I took it out and put it back in so it is barely in the agp slot
I did this till it was about 90% in and at 90% it worked =/
