Yeah, Swiftech advertises that they sell @ Frys.
I think 1 HSF combo, a friend bought 1 there for his rig. I was gonna go look and see for myself tomorrow. Gotta be better than this PEP I got.
I'm thinkin it is the 462 type that they sell.

FRYS = Toys For Big Boyz

OK Boyz,

Picked up last weeks paper from the mother -outlaw, and the FRYS ad NOW HAS A WEB SITE.
Not to promote it, but it's www.outpost.com
That way WE have an easier way of looking there for the H20 rigs.:burn:

[Couldn't find any Swiftech's listed there either:confused: ]

I live about 5 minutes from a Fry's here in San Diego. I love that place. But, so far the only place in town I can find any Swiftech products is Computer Depot Warehouse (they are online at this link (http://www.mypcparts.com) ).

When Swiftech announced they'd be selling through CDW, it took a week before anyone at the store actually knew about it, and even after they did have the parts in inventory, the workers there didn't know it and I had to tear the guy's arm off and beat him with the bloody end to get him to find it- but he did and I got my Swifty.

So if Fry's is now to carry Swiftech, and cater to watercoolers as well, it's a good thing. In fact, as soon as I post this I'm going to Fry's. I love that place. A couple weeks ago, I bought 2 Antec midtower cases there for $49 each, with 300 watt PSU's.

Well, I can tell you the Fry's here in San Diego does not carry any Swiftech products, no evidence they ever will. Too bad for me.

But they do have k7t turbo raid boards on sale for $99

All I have to say is Computer Depot sucks the big one. I bought my first computer there and it was a freaking nightmare. Not only did they put in a defective mobo in my new system, but the defective mobo was declared defective 6 months prior. I didn't know this of course, until I found out thru surfing the internet. I'll never buy a computer from them again. But Computer Depot does have the cheapest prices around for OEM parts. Much better than Fry's.

well, they may be cheaper, but i can bet not enough to make up for the problems you incurred

you get what you pay for

Well.... went to Frys. Found some Swifttech's there. ALL aluminum styles.:( They musta been out of the good 1's with the copper base's.

MasterCool had a few Copper HSF combos. 36.5 cfm to 38cfm screamers. I bought 1 of the copper/aluminum 1's.
Will let ya know how it goes.
