Im modding my case to put in a 92mm Delta fan for cooling.
Would it be better to drill the holes and file it down or use a Dremel, do a rough cut and then file it down because i have a attachment for the Dremel that will enable me to round the edges just fine even though the drill would be easier, the Dremel would be more precise.

Who needs a rough cut?
for my mod (http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=518532) i used a drill and a file and it worked out fine....was a bit too much like hard work but it looked pretty gd after.
I have never tried a dremmel but i may invest as aparently they are very good for this kind of thing an i intend to add a few more fan holes to my case.

A dremel can cut curves, and round things out.... But you do run through quite a few cutting disks doing that.
would this product be any gd for cuttin my aluminium case?

not sure how good the quality of it is.

Should be OK, 9-18 V and it's corded, the cordless ones eat batteries quickly. for $20 it's not a bad deal. The grinding bits come in handy when you do the de-burring and sanding after cutting.
