Hey, new to the forum so yeah, I appreciate the help!

Thing is for some reason when I try to access the command prompt(through Start -> Run -> cmd)

It is popping up with a message in the command prompt box itself saying

"The command prompt has been disabled by your administrator.

Press any key to continue."

And then a key follows it with it closing. I am the administrator (I'm the only account in XP...) :-/

So yeah, can anyone please help me out so I can access this and get rid of this message. Once again I would really appreciate it, thanks! :D
