Current Atheros Driver and Utility

Where may the most recent stable Atheros Driver for the Atheros AR5005G Wireless NIC and Atheros Client Utility be found?

I believe the most recent version is the Atheros Client Utility 6.x, where x is part value of remaining version number string.

I have searched many places for the driver and utility and have not found both.

Intended operating system is Windows 2000 Professional with Service Pack 4.

No; I do not seem able to download Atheros AR5005G drivers from the Soft32 website.
