Okay, I got a Enermax 431watt PSU to try and help solve my boot issue. (another thread, long story...) I hooked it all up and I still have the same issue, but my 5v rail is still a bit low. (4.91v to be exact) Does anyone have pics of the pot to adjust the 5v rail inside the 431watt PSU? Other than that, everything else seems to run just fine.
Thanks all....

That may be within +- 5%, INTEL specs, but 4.75v is way too low. At 4.9 your not bad, unless it causes stablity problems its probably ok. You MAY be able to overclock better if its higher, but thats not forsure at all.
