I get Vista Business 32-bit free through my college. Is it possible to upgrade to the 64-bit version?

Upgrade? I think not... you CAN keep your file's in place I think but other than that, it's pretty much a fresh install. I could be wrong of course.

Assuming you are asking how to get 64bit Vista with your 32bit install key, and not upgrading an already existing install to 64bit, look here:

That will tell you how you can order a 64bit media disk from Microsoft for about $10. I've used one to install 64bit Vista Business with a 32bit install key.

(If you have the 32bit version already installed, I belive you would have to do a fresh install to get the 64bit version)
