Planning to get a ASUS P5B Deluxe and E4300

Hi everyone,

Yeah I'm planning to replaced my stone age P4 1.6 (OC to 2133) and my ASUS P4B 266 C. I'll will probably buy an ASUS P5B Deluxe and a E4300. Seems kinda easy to OC this duo. Now what should I get as memory other then the pricy Kingston HyperX PC2-8500?

Thanks for the info. BTW, am I gonna have troubles if I keep my XP SP1 with this upgrade?
