I was just woundering if i was to go with RAID 0 on a system, would the ATA-100 or ATA-133 make a difference in speed?
The Mobo would also support the ATA-133, but in a RAID config would it make a difference or would ATA-100 be just as fast?
/ Thx...

this needs to go in genernal hardware.. get ata 133 if u have the extra cash
133 has a 133MB/s theorectical transfer rate, compared to 100MB/s for ATA100

well ata100 only gives 40mbps thats what most hdd's are rated for anyways..
If i was in your position and had the cash i would definitely go for ata-133.
