Memory Timings

I know that if you run Memtest86+, it will let you know.

Stock timings should be 5-5-5-13 at 1.85v.
As to where to start lowering, try one at a time. I'd probably try 5-4-5-13 first off and see if that is stable. Always change only one value at a time to minimize troubleshooting later if something goes wrong after a setting change.
