Help with setting up

I decided to start folding. I'm using my computer at work but were behind a firewall, is there anyway I can still use it?
or do I need to wait till I get home.....(ie deployed military)

You would get much faster results if you posted this question in the Networking forum. The more knowledgable network guys will see it sooner there. They will need info on the kind of system you're behind.

Try the graphical client then right click on the icon and choose configure. It defaults to use the same proxy as your internet explorer uses, this is also where you put in your username and team number (32).

I have not heard how well this works but it is worth a try.
