"Netlist" brand DDR? Also, Dual-channel question with 4 DIMM slots occupied

My first question is, has anyone heard of this "Netlist" DDR1 RAM, particularly the specific model # mentioned? If so, what chips does it contain? I'm told that it's Micron chips of some sort, although I don't know which ones exactly. Also, is it ECC or non-ECC RAM?

2 x 1 GB kit of Netlist 1G PC3200 (Micron Chips)
Part# NL91264D64082-D32K

Question 2: I don't recall the answer to this, so maybe someone out there can clear this up for me. If I run 4 sticks of 512 MB DDR on my DLI Lanparty Ultra-D board, will I lose dual-channel or 1T capability? I seem to remember that occupying all 4 DIMM slots would cause me to lose one or both of those, but it's been so long, I can't remember.

Thanks in advance for anybody who can clear this up for me.

#1-Never heard of Netlist brand ram.

and

#2- With all 4 slots occupied, you will lose 1T command rate. You will still have dual channel tho, that's the trade off.

Oh and the link is dead.
