I was just looking at the benchmarking charts, and the even on the biggest resolutions, the fps difference doesn't warrrant the $100 dollar difference it seems...most of the games were DX9 however.

You seem to be correct, makes me wonder if all the extra RAM is hype to get more money in their pockets...

I believe it. I can play any game out right now at 1920x1080 with 2xAA and 4xAF without issue. Nice article BTW.

According to this review, the price per frame comes out less for the 320MB than the 640MB. In other words, you get more value for your money with the 320MB. . . .

My only concern is that I prefer to upgrade and coast for a few years and I think the 640MB would be better suited for that.

Even in Overall the two cards of only 52 points from eachother, makes me think will just buy the 320 instead of the 640 I was looking at.
