Calculate ur new Wattage of the CPU + overclock %s... any one with WinME or Visual Basic installed can run this program w/ no problems

Cool. now what it needs is presets, such as. I can just say I want to overclock a 1400mhz 1.7v Pentium 4 to 1600mhz at 1.725v, like that. And it needs an addon which you can include other periphels and it adds their watts out too, so you know how much heat your system is putting out.
