Get a hotfix without having to call MS

Some KB articles from MS offer a hotfix which can be obtained by calling MS Support. You now can obtain a hotfix without having to interact with anyone ( no phone calls, etc.. ).

You'll get a form mail in response, and in it will be a link to the http site you can download the fix from.

thank god... having to deal with microsoft phone ppl with their HORRIBLE accents is one of the worst things to have to ever imagine doing. (sorry but it is true)...

Now if only they could get windows activation down so when i reformat my computer... i have a fully legit copy of xp pro sp2 that i only use on my main rig, and every time i reinstall i have to call them up because it wont activate online, and then every time i get through the automated stuff it has to transfer me to a rep.... ugg
