Hi all. I'm running a new G0 Q6600 and monitoring the temps with CoreTemp. Everything seems fine except that the 4 cores are running different temps...by that I mean 2 cores are running at ~52C and 2 are running ~46 under load.
I'm assuming that the 52C cores are on one physical die and the 46C cores are on another die. Does a 6+ C temp variance seem normal to you guys? I think it's possible that my AS5 application wasn't flawless, but I really don't want to pull the heatsink and check it...the heatsink would be very difficult to reinstall without pulling the motherboard.
BTW, I"m using a Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme in a push-pull config. The CPU is at 3.15 @ 1.3v (1.25 Vdroop).
