I don't think there is one. I have linked to a list of all agencies to help you though.

There isn't one, to my knowledge. Each Federal agency has its own databases...and they don't always share, even post 9-11.
What class is this for?None that I am aware of.

This is an easy one...He is talking about the "Use" of personal information. This means he is talking about "Intelligence Oversight".
There is no "Agency" that looks over this...it is a rule that all agencies have to follow. This was a result of Executive Order 12334 (EO12334) formed by the President's Intelligence Oversight Board on December 4th, 1981. It esentially means that Intelligence Agencies are no longer allowed to spy on American Citizens or American properties. :(
Although originally created to protect the average American citizen, it has been a problem lately in investigating terrorist activities in the United States or terrorists that use American companies or even route calls through the United States even when they are on foreign soil. :rolleyes It really ****es me off lately because it is being used as a loophole to slow down critical investigations. Technology and the world in general were a very different place 25 years ago and we should not be held to those outdated standards.
Captain Newbie, Intelligence Agencies now share information freely, but because it is hard to co-ordinate activities and investigations, information is not hidden, just hard to come by sometimes. The biggest problem is exactly who do you ask to get the question answered.

Thread lock please. Because I am about to respond about my Civil Liberties being infringed. I will talk about how our amazingly efficient government being in charge of everything. Not that there is anything wrong with that, because the people in charge are so qualified and do such a good job representing the american people.
Arg arg arg, the american taliban is upon us! Everyone hand in your rights.
Yeah, thread locked. We still don't allow political discussion here fellas
