opengl benchmark

what could i use to benchmark my opengl?
i know only about the Q3Bench but i havent the game. what i want is to find out the best settings for the opengl, so i need some benchmark application.

thanks for the link. i readed the tutorial but it says i better backup my opengl to install the program because it will overwrite it.. is that true? i just want an application to score the opengl performance.

try Vulpine Glmark, its the on that Guru3d uses, it is really nice..
