Adding multiple users in MySQL Community Server

Is it possible to add multiple users in MySQL Community Server? I think it's possible in the enterprise versions, which is understandable, but so far as my research has shown, it might not be possible in the free one. Can anybody confirm this?

After playing around a bit it looks like it is possible. I'll keep fidgeting with it and maybe I can get it to do what I want.

Basically, the company I work for is planning on handling MySQL database storage for various retailers. We need to configure it so individual users can log in and retrieve their databases without anybody else having access to them, and vice versa.

Like I said, I'll just keep playing, but any insight into how this could be accomplished would be greatly appreciated
