Hello.
I have Q6600, GA-P35-DS3 and I'm planning OC.

These are my choice for 800MHZ:
G.Skill DDR II PC6400 800MHZ 2GB Dual Channel 4-4-3-5
F2-6400CL4D-2GBHK

OCZ DDR2 2048MB Platinum Rev.2 Dual Channel 800MHZ CL 4-4-4-15
OCZ2P800R22GK

a. What is the dofference between 5 and 15 (what does it mean)?

This is my choice for 1000MHZ:
OCZ 2048MB DDR2 1000MHZ DUAL CHANNEL Gold GX XTC 5-6-6-15
OCZ2G10002GK

b. The 1000MHZ has worse timings, yet higher frequence, will it preform fsater than the 800MHZ which have better timings? (both if oc or not)

That's ocz memory has bad timmings. Usually good ram is like pc6400 4-4-4-x and pc8000 with 5-5-5-x.
