so i am kinda new to the intel side, how hard can i push my e6750, right now at 1.4 3.6 should i not push the vcore any more.. running with watter temps right now are 20/45...thanks

the answer will vary from person to person obviously but I personally would try to keep the vcore below 1.5V on air or low 1.5V if you have good temperatures below 60C. Anything above that is water territory but the most important thing is if you are going to put more voltage to have good temperatures. I feel more confortable adding vcore if I have good temps.

That's good e6750 if does 3.6ghz with 1.4v and is stable. 1.5v would probably be max in my opinion

oh cool did not know i could push it that hard.. now the prob is going to be my FSB i can't get my evga over 470.. any one have tips on that.. thought it was the cpu but droped the ram and multiplyer and still could not get it to post

Just try and keep the temps under 60C load.
