Updating CPU Duron ~ Athlon

HELP. I'm confused, and that's easily done.....

I've upgraded my BIOS to the 3r for my mobo, it now allows 1400(133).

my question is this cpu ok in this mobo, daft question maybee, but not to me ....:eh?:

eg of cpu,

AMD T-bird Socket A 1.4Ghz AYHJA Unlocked
266 FSB version

will this be OK ??????

The 1.4 266 FSB Athlon runs on a 133 mhz FSB which is double pumped internally to obtain the 266 FSB (133 x 2 ) and as such is supported by that Bios
