Are they good? I saw this :

and if it can power that system, it can definetely power mine (which will consist of an C2D system OC'd to 3ghz at mose, 1 harddrive, 1 or 2 opticals, 2X1GB ddr2-677 ram, 7800 or 7600GT, 2 or 3 120mm fans, and the Tuniq tower for cooling.
This system is going to be for my parents, and its going to be folding 24/7, so i was wondering if the antec earthwatts would substantially lower the electricity bills? Otherwise I might as well get a 450watt fortron or something. :) Thanks guys!
