OK In this ATA66 screen I don't see my hard drives which are mainly ATA100!

Did I plug in my IDE cables in the right one?

I plugged it in the black ones.

yep, have to be in the white. Make sure the pins are lined up right, I think the cable in the UDMA 66 might go in the opposite way of the other IDE controllers.
 
Also make sure you have a 80-wire ATA66/100/133 IDE cable. These actually still use 40 wires, but the wires inbetween are just there to better shield the signals from interfering with eachother. If you have the right cable your drives should show up on the Highpoint BIOS screen as UDMA mode 4 (ATA66 cuz your controller can't do ATA100) if you have an old cable they will prolly show up as UDMA mode 2 (ATA33).
