I changed some cpu bios settings as well as memory (set to 2.1v, 4-4-4-12).
What programs should I run to test out stability?

Also what can I use to monitor video card temp?

Orthos, SuperPi, 3dMark06. Orthos and SuperPi test CPU and memory, 3dMark mostly tests the video card but also does some CPU and memory testing.

ATITool can monitor video card temps, and despite the name it works on nVidia cards as well. In fact, there should be a temp monitor built into nVidia's drivers. I know ATI's drivers have a temp monitor in them.

I think I got some strange nVidia driver...because not only does it not show temp, but it doesn't allow me to set up anti aliasing or AF settings or anything like that...

I found the video card temp in riva tuner, its at 55C stock, not sure if thats good or not.
