Properly test OCZ DDR2-900 4-4-3-15 2t on Quad

What is the proper way to test the quality/performance/reliability for this memory? I have 2 sticks, 1GB each.

When I run Prime95 25.2, it runs 4 threads because I have a quad, large 1024k FFT's. Is it correct to run 4 threads each doing 1024k or 2 threads each doing 1024k, because I have 2 sticks of RAM, 4 cores?

If you are testing just memory run memtest86 #5. For prime run blend, since blend runs mostly memory test and you don't have to max out 4 cores since your only testing memory.
