Hi , just signed up at these forums :D
Ok, I am looking for an SMTP server that I can use to send E-mail from. I have a domain name, but this does not come with an outgoing server :(
Anyone know any good ones I could use?
Thanks :)
Welcome to the forums! What OS are you planning to run it on? Windows 2000 has one in IIS, I believe.
Also, URL's aren't allowed in your signature here unless you're a senior member.

I am not looking to run my own SMTP server, I need the address of one which allows relaying to and from any address :)
I'll remove the link from my siggy in a sec :)

the only way to send e-mail is to be directly connected to the smtp server. witch means ifyour isp doesn't provide one you have to run one on your computer. A law was passed to prevent spam mail witch requires you to be hooked directly to the server through witch you send your email.

The few left are being levered by other companies and the federal government with international support.
