I've been away from Intel for while but will be upgrading to an e6850. I've seen alot of posts from people with Intel systems and most of them, in their sigs, list a 2T cmd rate. I've always set it to 1T with the AMD machines I've had. Is 2T an Intel thing?
Thanks

intel boards are stuck at 2t,altho im not sure about the p35 mbs.680/650i boards allow for 1t altho it usually tops out around 850-900mhz and really doesnt do much tbh.

P35 is stuck at 2T too

I ran 1T at 850MHz just fine when I had my P5N32-E SLI Plus and 2GB RAM

Keep in mind 2 things.

1. Command rate is a chipset function, not a RAM parameter.
2. 1T vs 2T is only really noticeable in benchmarks. You'll never notice the difference in real world usage or with the naked eye.
