Itunes and song title duplicates WTF

Hey everyone I have had this problem with itunes for a long time, what it does is it makes duplicates of the songs but when you click on them it says file can not be found so like only 1 out of the 3 is the real song that works.

This is really bugging me and I would like to get it fixed if anyone can help it would be awesome.

Here is a pic showing what I mean.

I had one that did that too. Try removing everything from the list and have it search again.
