It's one of those exhaust slot fans, and I want it to blow on my display card, now how do I reverse it? (Normally, the fan sucks in air and blow it out of the case)

you could flop the fan inside it upside down.

Nonono, that won't do. The fan is in a plastic case, and it only sucks from the top, so flipping it upside down would only make is suck from the bottom. I think I have to reverse the wiring or something... but I don't know how

Open it's case up, unbolt the fan, and flip it over.
Put it all back together.

I haven't ever had one in my hand, this is from what I've seen. I'm going from the assumption it's got a normal axial fan in it. Design differences may make it perform worse or better.

<Standard disclaimer> Your mileage may vary. :D

edit* changing the + and - will make it not work at all.

Oooh,Sorry dude, no can do. Blowers do not run in reverse.

The DC motors used in cases are usuall brushless, you can't reverse the wiring either. Even if you could the squirrel cage doesn't work in the opposite direction.

dang... then what can I use for blowing on the display card?

you COULD mount it externally:

that way it would suck in air from OUTSIDE and blow it in. of course, you need to attach it somehow

Do you have a thin fan from an old hsf? Try using it in the blower's box in place of the blower. Those little 1/2 inch thick fans should be narrow enough. Trim the hole so it's the same size, and glue the fan into place over it. (check orientation before gluing)

You could modify a slot cover, by flatening it out and drilling 2 holes to bolt a fan to it.

that sounds even better, bolting a fan directly to a slot cover..that way I won't have to kill the exhaust fan

thanks, everyone

You could cut a side blow hole or just use one of these, I had one for awhile and they actually do an excellent job.
