Fan Filters...

Do you have filters on all of your fans?
Just intake?

Intake is all that would really be necessary.

Too many filters will restrict airflow to the point of being counter-productive in my opinion.

I tried once filter - or actually steel wire mesh. It restricted the air flow too much in my opinion (couple degrees higher temperatures or higher fan speed with more noise). So I prefer dust in machine - it is easy to remove periodically.

I have 2 120mm intake fans with aluminum mesh and dryer sheets over them. My temps did not budge when I put them on. Because of where they are I find they sucked in lots of things and I had to filter them.

I have a filter on my big 120, it helps a lot.
