Hi Guys,

I have a question regarding what CPU-Z reports and what MemTest86 reports. Ok currently stock wise (as an example) I have:

Stock CPU-Z shows:
2109MHz
x 10.5
200.9Mhz Bus Speed
1004.6 HT Link

Now CPU-Z says that my RAM is at 351.6 (set to DDR800 in BIOS) and it listed the FSB to RAM as CPU/6. Doesnt this mean an underclock of 49?

But...

MemTest86 says its at 422MHz (DDR844).. doesnt this mean an overclock by 22?

I did the math and CPU-Z is right so why is MemTest86 showing something else?
Thanks :D

It is an error in reporting due to using your 10.5 multiplier. Just as a test, set the multi to 10 and see what happens. Also, what are your system spex, is this the Gigabtye MOBO and 4000+ in your sig?
