Crucials Memory used the memory chips(ICs) D9GMH which tend to clock well and the 2GB sticks uses D9GXK AFAIK.

I wouldn't count on that :-/ As for "D9", they're just used to identify memory chips/ICs that micron makes. crucial is their "house" memory brand if you will, and the crucial ballistix are highly recommended in particular for their D9GMH memory modules, which are known to overclock very well

so whats the difference of the D9GMH AND D9GXK AFAIK?

d9gmh is usually used in ddr2 6400-8500.d9gkx is much more expensive/harder to find and is used mainly in ddr2 8500+.they both oc very well(usually well beyond their rated speeds).

tnx! im goin to order that crucial ballistix after buying my iphone,:santa: im really sick with that phone., maybe this end of the month, tnx again!!!
