Whelp after debating on spending $110 for a 7500 or just spend $60 or $70 for a better card
What should I do spend #110 for a 7500 $10 more for cooling for the card and the upgrade my memory to 384mb totaling in around the same cost as getting a better card would cost
or just get a $170 card?

You could flash the LE bios to a regular Radeon and get an increase that way. $10 on cooling/overclocking and save money for a rainy day. Or till the next major upgrade. I don't think going to a 7500 is worth it for the small increase.
