I was looking at CPU's


What is this XP stuff, and the numbers.. [i.e.] XP 1600, etc.

not a silly question. It stands for eXtreme Performance!

the xp1600+ is a rating that is really 1.4ghz but performs faster than a p4 at 1.6gigs.

1700 1.47gihz
1800 1.53 ghz
1900 1.6ghz
2000 1.666ghz not really out yet but soon.

Technically, according to AMD, it's the comparable speed of a Tbird, actually.
