Which would be better: E6550 or E6600

I'm in the market for a new CPU and was debating on either the E6550 which is 2.33 ghz 1333 fsb or the E6600 which is 2.4 ghz and 1066 fsb. Some of the performance charts I've seen places the E6600 ahead of the 6550 which confuses me, because the buss speed on the 6550 is faster.

Which one would you get, and why? I plan on doing some OC'ing. I have an eVGA MB with the nvidia 680i chipset and Corsair PC-6400 memory.

With that MoBo you are going to want the higher multi that the e6600 has. That MoBo is going to limit your FSB, and so by having a higher multi you'll be able to reach a higher CPU speed.
