I wasn't sure if this was a suitable topic for this forum but I figure you guys would have enough experience to figure out what my problem could be.
Today I bought a new tv, specifically a Toshiba Regza 32HL67u (http://www.amazon.com/Toshiba-REGZA-32HL67U-720p-HDTV/dp/B000MXYCU4).
I tried connecting my pc to it using a dvi to vga adapter and then vga to the vga port on the TV. Computer booted up just fine and the bios and post information was displayed on the tv but once windows started loading the screen went black. A message blinked on the screen saying "Unsupported Video Format".
Any ideas?
Also... If I get a DVI to HDMI cable would this be suitable:
Rocketfish 4' HDMI To DVI-D Cable (RF-G1112). From 8800 GTS to TV.
