Well, after a dreadfully long time without my PC (2 weeks which isn't long, but I am a college student, so it was an eternity) and a lot of forum searching :bang head , I decided to replace my dead stock eheim that came with the reserator 2 with a hydor L25.
This is my watercooling system before installing anything

The reserator 2 sat along side of it and isnt pictured (obviously).
Here is a pic of the Hydor L25 I ordered

The stock fittings for the tube were 1/2", so I went to Lowe's and purchased a PVC 1/2" NPT to 3/8" barb fitting, but there was a problem. The threading was too long and part of the threading stuck out of the pump, so I took a dremel and sanded down the threading until it fit

After that, I put a rubber gasket around each threaded portion of the fitting and screwed them on the pump

Then, I ran into the second and third problems with my new pump. The fittings were leaking AND the pump was not pushing water through the system.

Even when I bled almost all of the air out of the system, it still wouldn't pump. Then a thought occured to me that these two problems may be connected. I went back to Lowe's and bought thread seal tape.

After that, there were no more leaks and the pump worked great!
Here is the complete system

The pump pushes the water through a lot faster than the stock eheim. I will post more on temps as I test it more.

Now to take care of the other problem that arised. My PSU's fuse blew for some reason, and now I have to get it replaced.
