How do I tell what speed the ram is on my Radeon, Im just curious...Its a Radeon 64 SDRam non DDR

look at the chips on the ram, should say something T, mine say
-5T, also may havbe another number like -50 which is 5ns whihc is -5T theyer all the same...

If I am correct that card uses 5.5 ns ddr ram, previously before the 7500 and 8500 came out the Radeon 64 DDR vivo SE model had the fastest ram at 5ns.

I am guessing since your card is an sdram version it may have used the earlier ram of 5.5 that was on the 64 DDR vivo that had clk/mem of 166/166 and the middle version which was 183/183, and then came the Second Edition which had the 198/198 setting and 5ns ram.

But you can tell as Funnyperson1 said look on the chips. My 7500 uses 4ns Hynix ddr ram
