Has anyone seen a P4 Socket 478 Waterblock or no where I can get one? I want to do this bad. I got my AVC Sunflower in yesterday and put it on. All it did was make me realize that air cooling is just too damn loud, I'm sick of it. It's much louder than the stock HSF for the 1.5GHz but it knocked off about 4C. Is that good? Oh well, I really really want to watercool and think I'm ready to build. I keep reading and am done with that too (overload) hehe.
So........some help would be great.
Thanks

I do not know right off hand however see if this helps any. I took one Real Cheap and badly designed aluminum heatsink, plexied it and put in three 1/4 inlets and three 1/4 outlets and it performed 1c cooler than the dd maze 2/1 I have. Now I do not have a lot of faith in the plexi seams though they did not leak with a 500 gph danner pushing through it. Were I to do it for real, I would take a copper heatsink and do roughly the same thing using copper plate and multiple inlet/outlets and I think that the watersink would perform better than a dd maze 2/1 by 4c or so. May or may not help. Take Care.

No actual pic but it's the only thing I've found for the 478.
The Z4 waterblock is awesome.
They have one for the 478 socket now to:
