Safe settings for 6550?

I have the following:

Gigabyte DS3R
Intel 6550 cooled with a TRU 120 Extreme and 2 SFLEX F Fans
EVGA 8800GTS
4 GB PC2-8500 Crucial Ballistix Tracers
Corsair 520 PSU

What is a comfortable overclock for this setup and what settings would I change? I know my cooling isn't that aggressive, but I should be able to bump it up a little past the 2.33ghz stock right?

I wouldn't go over 1.4von air.

My friend has one and he has it running at 7x500 at at 1.38 volts. He is running a p5K Deluxe though.

Regular Ultra120 lapped with cpu lapped as well.
