Resource Monitor in Vista 64

I am still working my way around Vista and setting up a new PC. Vista has been installed now for about 1 hour.

I thought there was a utility for Duo Core processors to see each processor. I have Resource Monitor opened and I only see CPU %.

Is there a better monitor for CPU, Memory, Disk, etc just teh standard Resource monitor?

Second question would be, what tool do you use or recommend for monitoring temperatures on the various components: CPU, GPU, Chipset? I have the system water cooled and I would like to see how hot it is
