Does anyone know how to set up 2 Windows 2000 Advanced Servers for active active clustering? I'd like to know how difficult this is to do and any tips or websites that would help me.
Not easy but not overly difficult either.
Here's (http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/planning/server/clustersteps.asp) Microsoft's step-by-step guide to clustering. Hope it helps cause I couldn't explain it any better.

Well incase any one ever cares to know for future use. I though clustering was pretty simple. Only problem I had was getting the shared disk array to work correctly, spent about 3 days messing with that, then i finally realized I had the 2 SCSI cards on the comps set to the same SCSI ID, which of course doesn't work.
After that it was just a fact of following screens. Only took me 1 day to get the clustering set up with SLQ 2K.
It's really neat, although the price of this equipment/software is way too much. $2,400 for 1 M$ SQL 2k enterprise license (need 1 for each node, so 2 in our case) and that's with the educational discount, a regular company would have to pay almost twice that much.
We could have saved about $20,000 just by using Linux and mySQL, but that's not in my hands to choose.
