well if your really into benchmarking I thought corsair had a pair of pc10000 but it's awfully expensive.
The most reasonable priced pair of good performing ram is a pair of pc8500 crucial balistix.

If you really wanted to save some cash and still get incredible benching memory you could go with the DDR2-800 variant of the Ballistix.
