Which to use?

Should I use the GeForce Tweaker or CoolBits or maybe even Powerstrip. I was thinking about maybe O.C.ing my video card and was just wondering.

When I use my Geforce cards I always used NVMAX (http://www.nvmax.com/cgi-bin/nvmax.pl?action=welcome) (Thier site is down but you can get the file looking up Pinky in the search above and get it from his files, Pinky has lots of cool stuff on his FTP, nothing like Pinky's Linkys)

And I use the latest Powerstrip (http://www.entechtaiwan.com/ps.htm) for my Radeon
