Ok does this seem a little high to you.
i have an AMD XP 1700 and a antec 400 wat psu.

On my LCD temputure display the temp is 49°C full load
in sisoft sandra the temp is 41°C full load

I have the retail HSF and the retail thermal pad on it

i have a heatsink in the mail that will be here tommorow or wednesday but dosnt 41°C - 49°C seem a little off (8°C)

am also wondering who much my new heatsink/fan with ACII will drop my temp (all my system info is at the bottom)

Try using motherboard monitor ... Sisoft Sandra doesn't report accurate temperatures or check your bios to see the temps because the 49 Celius sounds more accurate.

ya i thought that as well the bios temps say around 46°C
