Im getting a new hard drive for another computer, and I want to take everything on the old hard drive and put it on the new one without losing anything(bookmarks, desktop icons, etc). Is there software to do this? Or just copy and paste. and I know I cant copy windows.
btw: I have an external harddrive which I would use to transfer through

most new drives come with software that does this on a disk.
if not, norton ghost or arconis (30 day trial) will get you through what you need.
